Binibining Pilipinas is a beauty contest or beauty pageant held in the Philipines once a year to select a representative to compete in the international beauty pageant like Miss Universe Pageant. The grand winner of the Binibining Pilipinas will be the representative of the Pilippines and will compete to the other countries. We all know that our representative who join in this competition in 1969 our very own Miss Gloria Diaz get the title and become the Miss Universe 1969 and Miss Maria Margarita Moran did it again in 1973.
